Our team reviews your application, service capabilities, availability, and geographic coverage to determine where your business may fit within our network.
CREDENTIAL VERIFICATION
Before approving vendors for applicable assignments, we verify required professional licenses, insurance coverage, and other relevant qualifications. References may also be requested.
VENDOR APPROVAL
Qualified applicants may be added to our approved vendor directory and considered for appropriate maintenance, repair, and property improvement opportunities.
PERFORMANCE & RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
As vendors complete projects, we evaluate workmanship, responsiveness, communication, professionalism, and pricing. Consistently strong performance may lead to preferred-vendor consideration.
