I've spent more than 20 years in real estate and construction, and I've learned that owning property is rarely as simple as collecting rent and watching its value grow.
My background is a little different from that of your typical property manager. I've worked in the trades, renovated and flipped houses, managed construction projects, and owned a real estate brokerage since 2011. I also hold a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor's License.
Along the way, I've negotiated complicated transactions, worked through distressed-property situations, and dealt firsthand with the surprises that come with owning real estate.
That experience gives me a perspective that's hard to learn from behind a desk. I understand the numbers, the buildings, the people, and what it takes to get things done.
I built Atlas & Stone around a simple idea:
Property owners deserve someone in their corner who knows what they're doing, tells them what they need to hear, and follows through.
Whether it's a difficult tenant situation, a property that needs serious attention, or an investment decision with a lot riding on it, I enjoy figuring out the tough stuff.
My job is to make owning real estate easier, more profitable, and a whole lot less stressful.
