Not every property owner needs full-service management. Sometimes you simply need someone reliable to check on the property, document its condition, and help coordinate the occasional task. Atlas & Stone Home Watch provides scheduled exterior property visits, photo documentation, and a delivered condition report.

Need more done? Before your upcoming visit, simply log into your client portal and request additional services. Whether you need an interior inspection, gutter cleaning, pest treatment, a minor plumbing repair, or other maintenance, we'll help coordinate the work with your scheduled visit whenever practical. You choose the services you need, when you need them.

Before your scheduled visit, you can request optional services through your Atlas & Stone client portal. Here are examples of what clients can request.

Interior Inspections

Interior property walkthroughs, visual leak checks, general condition reporting, and interior photographs.

Exterior Maintenance

Gutter cleaning, yard cleanup, landscaping coordination, seasonal maintenance, and snow removal coordination.

Repairs

Leaky toilet repairs, minor plumbing repairs, door and lock adjustments, fixture replacements, and general maintenance requests.

Pest Services

Pest treatment coordination, extermination scheduling, preventive treatment, and follow-up visits.

Property Turnovers

Cleaning coordination, minor repairs, property preparation, and condition documentation.

Estate and Vacant Property Services

Vacant property visits, property security observations, maintenance oversight, cleanout coordination, and preparation for listing or sale.

All additional services are separately priced and subject to approval. Some services require licensed contractors or separate appointments, and not every task can be completed during the scheduled visit.

HOME WATCH SERVICE TERMS

Home Watch starts at $99/month. The base subscription includes one scheduled exterior property visit each month, an exterior site walkthrough, visual observation of accessible exterior areas, a general property condition review, identification of visible maintenance concerns, photo documentation, and a digital condition report delivered to the owner. The base subscription does not include interior inspections, maintenance labor, repairs, or professional inspections.

All additional services are separately priced and subject to approval. Some services require licensed contractors or separate appointments. We will help coordinate requested work with your scheduled visit whenever practical; not every task can be completed during the scheduled visit.

Additional service requests must be submitted in advance of your upcoming visit and are reviewed by Atlas & Stone staff. An estimate or service price is provided, and work is scheduled or coordinated only after the owner approves the additional cost. Availability and pricing depend on property location, geographic eligibility, and service requirements.
